If you (and your neighborhood) could use a little cheering up right now, why not recycle some holiday cheer? Some communities are hanging holiday lights to brighten front yards and spirits just as they did in the dark of December. As a bonus, a car ride to check out the lights is a social distancing-friendly activity. (You may have to explain that Santa is on vacation until autumn.)
