“Properties for Living” Highlights Corcoran’s Sensational Portfolio

properties for living 2021 cover

Corcoran is thrilled to announce the latest iteration of Properties for Living, a showcase of our portfolio’s most astonishing, breathtaking, and captivating homes, arriving in print and digital.

While every edition of Properties for Living is special, this year’s is a little more so. Yes, it still features the magnificent New York City, Hamptons, and South Florida residences synonymous with the Corcoran name. However, Properties for Living now comes with a bit of added heft: the addition of similarly splendid homes from Corcoran’s unparalleled class of brand affiliates in California, Colorado, the Caribbean, and so many more amazing markets. Parkside condominiums, waterfront estates, island enclaves, country manors, historic townhouses, and countless other impressive locales all in one package, under one banner.

In addition to the selection of stunning homes, this year’s Properties for Living includes a sampling of articles from Corcoran’s official blog, Inhabit. Pieces include a collection of electric vehicles for all kinds of people, a tribute to the local bookshop, an ode to “Duck” architecture, and an exploration of cryptocurrency in real estate.

Starting Thursday, January 20, upwards of 120,000 editions of Properties for Living will reach select subscribers of The New York TimesThe Wall Street Journal, and other prestigious publications. An additional 3,500 copies will arrive in Corcoran brokerage and affiliate offices, plus another 4,000 at kiosks on the East End of Long Island over four consecutive weeks.

We are also delighted to share a digital version of Properties for Living, readily available for viewing and sharing. Find astounding architecture, dazzling design, and the comforts of home all a single click away. Please think of it as not simply a lookbook but as a wishlist, idea generator, and style guide — a finely curated catalog of the best of the best.

And looking ahead to 2022’s Properties for Living, there’s no reason to expect anything less in the future.
