Not so long ago, there was a trend of keeping a journal of things you’re grateful for. That’s great, as far as it goes, but these days we think a “dealing with it” journal can be more than sufficient. Experts agree, and point out that keeping a daily journal of feelings can be a helpful therapy. Tech site CNET has compiled a list of journaling apps for iOS, and many are available on other platforms. Be sure to write down interesting happenings and moments of joy, as well — if only to keep the days from running together in your memory.
