In dedication to the healthcare workers on the front line of New York’s crisis, members of the New York Philharmonic conducted the world’s most artistic videoconference. Musicians recorded individual parts of Maurice Ravel’s Boléro in home studios and living rooms, and the individual tracks were mixed for a complete orchestral experience. You won’t need to dress up for the performance (many of the musicians didn’t); simply visit the NY Phil Plays On website — and watch a few more traditional performances while you’re there.
