New York City
What’s Here: This five-bedroom Hamilton Heights townhouse encapsulates vibrancy, a virtue extending well beyond its yellow-green parlor walls (not to mention the lavender-hued kitchen). North Carolina
What’s Here: Behind this five-bedroom house’s traditional facade lies a home that’s party-ready! The pool has a waterfall/spa element and is decorated with animal sculptures, which also adorn the surrounding patio and garden. There are plenty of built-ins and unusual touches throughout the house, including a half-sized door to the area under the stairs (shades of Harry Potter, perhaps?), and a kitchenette in the media room to serve up drinks and popcorn for movie night.
