For Corcoran, the hits just keep on coming. Today, on the heels of the company’s February 5 affiliate launch in California and Nevada, president and CEO Pamela Liebman announced the brand’s debut in Central Florida. Corcoran’s second affiliate, Corcoran Premier Realty, serves Orlando communities with more than 20 of the area’s sharpest agents, and big plans for the future.

Leading the team in Orlando is Premier’s dynamic president, Chocky Burks, along with company co-founders and owners Steve Healy and Matt Tomaszewski. In communities like Winter Park, Dr. Phillips, and Windermere, the company they run has earned a reputation for masterful client service and absolute integrity. “Needless to say,” added Liebman, “we’re a perfect fit for each other.”
Founded in 2009, Corcoran Premier Realty has become a luxury real estate powerhouse, selling in excess of $150 million in real estate in 2019 across the area’s most desirable communities. The firm just opened a new office in the community of Windermere, with plans to open additional Orlando metro offices later this year.

Today’s announcement follows last week’s launch of Corcoran’s first brand affiliate, Corcoran Global Living, and the brand’s inaugural entry into the West Coast market. The launch of these new affiliates supports Corcoran’s strategy to expand its presence throughout America and the world in major urban centers and luxury resort communities.
