Local Next Door: The West Village with Ryan Kaplan

Join Ryan Kaplan of Corcoran’s West Side office for a tour of Manhattan’s West Village — the neighborhood he calls home.

Here are some of Ryan’s favorite spots “off the grid”:

Bonsignour (35 Jane Street) — Ryan usually come heres for lunch when he’s on the go for showings or meetings. He swears their Cubano is the best in the city.

Reiss (309-313 Bleecker Street) — Their clothes fit Ryan right off the rack. Great quality, great style.

Murray’s Cheese (254 Bleecker Street) — Ryan loves cheese and has a cheese party every November. He comes here whenever he needs to entertain.

Li-Lac Chocolates (75 Greenwich Avenue) — Because Ryan admits his sweet tooth, and they also make a great house warming gift.

Nat’s on Bank (51 Bank Street) — One of Ryan’s favorite dinner spots in the area. (It’s also two blocks from his apartment.)

Golden Swan (314 West 11th Street) — Another favorite of Ryan’s, a newer spot with a great aesthetic. The food is exceptional.

Do Not Disturb (285 West 12th Street) — Ryan’s current favorite bar, which took over the renowned Beatrice Inn. There’s a retro vibe in the front, and in the back it opens up into a greenhouse-like space with a fireplace.
