  • With 383 contracts, last week was the best of any in Manhattan since mid-2013
  • March 2021 will end as the strongest March in Manhattan since 2007
  • Weekly sales have risen for 25 weeks
  • The cumulative year-over-year increase during those 25 weeks was 41%
  • 29 contracts were reported over $5M; the fifth straight week with 20+.
