The Real Deal’s 2023 brokerage rankings were announced today, and for the fourth year in row, Corcoran has been named #1 in Manhattan.
Once again, Corcoran is on top. We’re proud to have closed more Manhattan sales volume than any other residential brokerage, in addition to having the highest average sales price of the top four firms in the borough.
Winning this award for the fourth year in a row is a powerful validation of Corcoran and the unparalleled service that we consistently deliver to our customers. This achievement would not have been possible without the collective effort and contributions of our entire team. Whether working directly with buyers and sellers or supporting these efforts behind the scenes, they all played a vital role in earning this prestigious recognition.
While we were narrowly edged out of the #1 spot in Brooklyn, we had the highest average sales price of the top three firms on the list. In Queens, Corcoran cracked the Top 10, coming in at #9 — a huge jump from #17 last year. Looking back on 2023, to have such an incredible number of closed deals during this kind of market can only be attributed to our fantastic agents and world-class staff.
