This strategic alignment brings together two powerhouse firms under the singular Corcoran Genesis banner, further unifying Corcoran’s footprint across the greater Houston area. 

Corcoran Genesis, founded by Nicole and Doug Freer, affiliated with Corcoran in February of 2024 and includes more than 35 agents, as well as an office in the heart of Katy. According to RealTrends, The Nicole Freer Group at Corcoran Genesis stands as the No. 1 medium sized agent team in the nation for 2024 transaction volume, and the No. 1 medium sized team in Texas based on 2024 sales volume. Serving Houston’s vibrant suburban communities, such as Katy, Cypress, Fulshear, Sugar Land, and beyond, Corcoran Genesis has established a reputation for exceptional client service, innovative marketing, and a deep understanding of both existing and newly constructed suburban communities in Houston.
