The addition of Weidel Real Estate’s exceptional group of agents and prime office locations across Central New Jersey and Bucks County, Pennsylvania, is an exciting addition for both Corcoran Sawyer Smith and the greater Corcoran family.

Founded in 1915 by Karl Weidel Jr. as The Weidel Corporation, the company’s humble beginnings started with a singular office offering insurance and real estate sales in Trenton, New Jersey. Over the next 100 years, the company expanded with numerous offices and evolved to include mortgage, assurance, and relocation services. Since inception, the company has remained focused on providing excellent client service, operating with reliability and integrity, remaining humble yet hardworking, and dedicating both time and resources to aid in their agents’ development, growth, and success.
Up to today, Weidel Real Estate continued to be family-run with Richard Weidel Jr., who joined the company in 1979, holding the title of CEO and Broker of Record, and his daughter, Katherine Weidel, who joined the company in 2019, holding the title of Chief Operating Officer. Corcoran Sawyer Smith will maintain their three current offices in New Jersey, one in Jersey City and two in Hoboken, and now hold offices in Flemington, Hamilton Square, Lambertville, Princeton, and Pennington in New Jersey, as well as New Hope and Doylestown in Pennsylvania.
